I know for me, at first I just tried to make sure there was something inbetween eating and sleeping (ie. nappy change etc) and also tried not to let her sleep more than 3 hrs in a row.

Nights were hard though, it takes awhile for them to get their clocks set. During the day, try to expose to lots of natural light and talking, and at night keep it dark and quiet

Hugs to you.

At that age my LO awake time was having her nappy changed or changing her clothes. I would be lucky if i could keep her awake for longer than 10 minutes but gradually over the days this time got longer and longer

What kinds of things have you tried to keep her awake? Usualluy diaper change, singing, massaging should help.  Your LO still has her nights and days confused.  Make sure that you are not allowing her to sleep more than two hours at a time in the daytime.  Also exposed her to sunlight.  With my LO, in the daytime I would wake him up for all his meals (I didn't follow the EASY until he was 2 months - I discover the babywhisperer book then), that means every 2 1/2 to 3 hours, but at night I would let him sleep for as long as he could.  By the 5th night, he was giving me one 5 hour stretch between his night time meals.  It may sound like he was missing meals but he was still having 7 eating sessions per day.
