extending a time for longer nap?
« on: October 13, 2006, 13:22:20 pm »
Sould I start to extend A time fore DD.  She is curently having 1 to 1/2A time first thing in the morning. Then 2 hours chunks thereafter.  She always wakes after 45 min of nap and it's becoming harder and harder to put her back down.  She is on a 4 hour easy. and goes to bed at 7:30.

Hopefully the mods will help you, but my ds is just about the same age and he is up for 2 to 2.5 hours between his naps. She may not be tired enough to take longer naps.  Maybe increase her A time slowly by 15 minute increments and see if that helps.
