My DS is in the process of figuring out his days. so we are kind of going with the flow
he woke at 8 today. 4 hour schedule but 1/2 hour after he woke from his cat nap, he was crying and so tired.
So I fed him and put him to bed at 7:10
I was on the treadmil and I heard noises on the monitor. sometimes he makes noises when he sleeps
i just went to his room, its 7:52 and he's laying their just babbling awake. well 1/2 awake. he'll probably fall asleep soon
but, do I count 7 as his sleep time or 8
i like to wake him 12 hours after he went to sleep if he's still sleeping. thats why I ask
sometimes he wakes at 10 1/2 hour or 11 and if its 6am or later we just start the day
but this morning I had to wake him at 8 after he slept for 14 hours(woke up once to eat at 4:30).
yesterday was a 6am to 6pm day
today he didn't even stay up 12 hours, only 11 and had two 2 hour naps and a 45 min. cat nap
