I have a similiar post, but was curious if two is too old to try the wake to sleep method. My son has been waking earlier and was wondering if this was an option.

Tracy talks about W2S for toddlers in BWSAYP and says it is possible. The situtation she is talking about is a 17 month old with early wakes and she tell the mom to go in one hour before the habitual waking and change his diaper then put him back to bed and tell him it is still sleepy time.

Does he wake at exactly the same time every morning? W2S is for habit wakings and these need to be wakings of the same time.
I know that you have posted before, but can you remind us of the routine please, thanks

Well, he is starting to settle on waking at about 5:50AM each morning. Prior to the past couple of months he was waking at 6:20, so really just a half an hour earlier. He does seem to jump around a bit, but this week, 5:50 is the norm.
