Poop frequency

I am BF my DS. He always poos while he is having his feed and often is loud with a lot of wind. I was told that this is normal with breastfed babies and it settles down with time. He is 16 weeks old now and still poos with every feed usually as soon as he starts feeding(probably the foremilk). he is gaining weight appropriately, should I be worried? What would be the symptoms of diarrhoea? He poos are associated only with feeds

My lo poos at every feed as well.  It's annoying, but extremely annoying at night.   :-\  >:(  If it's the same as it's always been, then you have nothing to worry about.  I would only worry if this wasn't HIS normal.
