CAn anyone help me. I posted on bw before and got no reply and now I just want to run away and leave the country. I have been battling with 40 minute naps since my lo was born. He os going to be 6 months on Feb 28th and have never sleep thru. I am going out of my mind trying things and nothing works, I dont work anymore.. I will post his schedule bu this changes due to short naps and early wake ups. The early wake ups are the worst. He is up for the day at 5.45 today and can be anywhere from there to 6.15. I always leave the light off when this happens, he is not crying or fussing just singing really high pitched which keeps me awake as his cot is in our room because I have a 5yr old to get up for school. I am exhausted and need help. Here is his routine.
Wake 5.45 play in cot
Eat 7.0o
Sleep 8.30 he is wat tired
Awake 40 mins later full of beans
Eat 11. Now he is tired before feed
Sleep 11.30
Awake 12.10. Try to schh him and might go back to sleep at 1.10
I ahev to wake him to do school run. Might sleep for 4o mins if lo2 doesnt wake him
Eat 3.oo
Sleep 4.30 if I am lucky for 45 mins
eat 6.00
Bed 7
Then df at 10.30 3 oz which I dont think is working and that he is one really over tired baby. Does not feed at night, was taking 2oz at 4 but dropped this for paci. Its all a shambles!!! Basically I am trying for and did have 4 hrs feeds and 2 hrs activity. He is a happy out baby na d is never upset but will not sleep.
