Hi!  For the past 3 nights my LO has woken up twice a night to feed (something she hasn't done since I first implemented EASY 6 weeks ago).  I've read that babies have a growth spurt around 6 months.  Could this be the reason why and if so, how long will it last?  Do I run the risk of it becoming a habit?

Yup, 6 months is a very common growth spurt time.  It can last a week.  Most likely after it is over, she will go back to sleeping.

If you are breastfeeding, this link may help:

If bottle feeding, you can try adding more to the day feeds.

Proud to have breastfed for a combined total of 35 months

My health visitor has just been for the 6 month check and told me she doesn't need feeding in the night even during a growth spurt.  So I'll try harder tonight to put her back to sleep. btw she is bf.
