How long is your Toddlers Nap?

Just would like to compare. My DD usually does 2hrs on average but on occasion will do 1.5hrs (on a bad day especially when teething) and occasionally 2.5hrs. Her nights are 11/11.5hrs.

Hard to say right now.

He generally does 13-14 hours total.
Sometimes it 12 & 1.5 , 11 & 2, 11.5 & 1.5 etc.

I like a good twelve hours and a shorter nap of 1.5 hours. But as long as he gets a good total amount then I can't complain.

Bradley naps for approx 2 hrs but sleeps anywhere between 12 and 14 hours...he likes his bed!

Thea naps for about 1.5-2 hours but sometimes she surprise us with 2.5-3.
Her nights are 11-11.5hours

DD's total sleep time is around 12.5 - 13 hrs with naps about 2 - 2.5 hrs.  I'm thinking of shortening the nap soon as her bedtime is getting later and later.

Usually 1.5 sometimes 2.5.  I can get a 2-2.5 out of him routinely but it pushes his bedtime later than 8 so I have made the decision to shorten the nap.  *I* am much better off with him asleep at 7-730 than 8-830 at night.  And even with an 8 pm night there are no nap gaurantees the next day as it could lead to an overtired cycle. but with a short nap I am much more likely to get a long night and keep away the overtired grumps.

We typically get 10-10.5 hrs at night and 1.5 hrs nap, give or take. I would love a consistent 2-2.5 hr nap and 11 hr night, but since that has almost never happened I have almost given up hoping ;D. We did get 11 hrs on two nights but that was when he skipped his naps altogether!

at your lo's age I think we finally manged to reach the 2 hour mark after a few months of 1.5 hour naps after transitioning to 1 nap.  sounds like your lo is bang on average for sleep at that age.

My lo is 20 months, he sleeps 2 hours at nap time and 12 hours at night.  I have to wake him at 3 from his nap every week day to go and get his brother from school! One a weekend he very often sleeps 3 hours and goes to bed at 8 instead of 7 but still rises at 7 the next day!!  I think 2 hours is average for around this age, hes been doing this for around 6 months now xx

Tyler is almost 21 months.  Sleeps an average of 2 hours for naps.  (Ranges from 1 1/2 - 3 hours) and 10.5 at night...sometimes 11.

I envy all you 12 hour nights!!!   ::) ::)

Believe me Harvey needs them 12 hours after all the tanrums he throws during the day!! The boys exausted!! Id swap less sleep for less tantrums any day!!   ;D  ;D

Sophia has pretty much always slept a total of 13 hours.  Generally 11 to 11.5 hours at night and 1.5 - 2 hrs. at naptime.  She also just transitioned to 1 nap about a month ago.

Paul is 16MO, and he gets 12 to 11.5hrs at night, and naptime goes from 2hrs to 2.5hrs (3 if he is sick or something)
