naps too often??
« on: March 01, 2007, 20:38:25 pm »
No matter what I try, I can not seem to keep my lo awake for activity longer than 1 and 1/2 hours before she is yawning and rubbing her eyes. When I try to extend A time, she just becomes crankier and it is even harder to get her to sleep. She is a very touchy baby who is just four months. So she is basically napping 1-1 1/2 hours in the Am, 2 hours midday and another 1- 1 1/2 hours in the afternoon. Bedtime is between 7:00 and 8:00 (as long as I can keep her up)
Should I be worrying about consolidating her into two naps at this time or just go with her natural schedule?

(schedule is posted earlier today on the EASY forum)

Thanks,
Jill

If it isn't interferring with nights then that is fine.
At this age my DD was doing 2x2hr nap 1x45min and 12hrs at night.
