ah, that makes sense then if you've just moved from a 2hr EASY. Take it slowly but I do think your LO needs to eventually work towards 3.5 and then a 4 hr EASY.
Add 5-10 mins of A time every 4 days and your naps should start improve, hopefully. Also have a look at Wake to sleep techniques.
