Hi, I posted before about changing my 20mo old to a bed. I have just one more question on the topic...toddler mattress or twin mattress?? Do you think it makes more sense to gt a twin mattress (the ped. reccommended this for more room and we will eventually need it anyways) to put on the floor and eventually get a bed for, or do a toddler mattress that we have with a bed?? I know the toddler mattress is too small for him to have on the floor. He will roll off all night. So, just wondering what everyone thinks..Thanks

If you're starting on the floor...I would save yourself the money and just opt for the twin mattress....That's just my humble opinion. :)

We went straight from the crib to a twin bed.  That way we only had one transition to make ;D
