SANDWICHES finger foods

My dd is almost 12 months in a week and is refusing spoon feeding and baby mush like everyone out of ideas for foods people are talking about sandwiches omg my dd has only 2 bottom teeth I think she would choke I am deathly scared how would ahe chew.  It seems like she doesn't eat enough quanity how much do lo need of food

My LO is 9 months old and he loves bread and toast. He also only has 2 teeth. He just mashes everything with his gums. He basically eats anything we eat, as long as it is softer. A good rule of thumb is that if you can squish the food between your thumb and index finger till your fingers are touching or close to touching (i.e. banana, soft bread) then your LO can probably handle it. If you are nervous start small and work your was up! Good luck! Your LO will probably love it!

Bread is fine, because it turns soggy and mushy in LO's mouth. You don't have to worry too much about choking

i put lots of different things in it. his favorites are creamcheese, cheese, and sliced turkeybreast. ive done avocado but he wasn't crazy about it. i've also given him fahita shells with creamcheese and meat, fold them over and cut into cubes. he LOVES them, eats with both hands, that's how i know.
anyway, i'm trying egg next, kinda like egg salad. yum....
btw, my lo has three teeth.
