Naps for a 5 month boy?

hello friends,
PleaSE CAN Anyone tell me at 5 months how many naps should he have during the day and the duration of the naps.

Karintya - at 5 months, most are taking 3 naps. A mid-morning nap, an afternoon nap and a shorter catnap (45mins). The duration is usually 1-2hrs.

What does your lo's day look like now?

Hi Isabella,
My lo is taking 3 naps.
the 1st one of 45 min.
2nd 1.30 min.
3rd 45 min.

If he is happy and sleeping well at night then that is fine.

That looks fine to me  :). Not all babies are taking 2hr naps.... mine never did! I was also going to say that the morning nap can be a short one as well so as long as your lo is ok and sleeps well at night, I would leave things.  ;D :-*
