Is my 12mo DD ready for 2-1nap?

Sorry to hear things aren't going well. I don't think she can hadn;t 1 nap tbh, if she's waking at night and waking at 4isha dn unable to get back to sleep/

What time are you attempting the morning nap. Could be that she might need a little more A time in the morning?

Thanks Layla, DD's 1st nap is usually after 9. No matter whether she wakes up at 5, 5:30, or 6....
I know she is definately not ready to drop to 1 nap... her body and brain are not ready yet. Last weekend was the first time DD fights for her morning nap She usually goes down easy for her morning nap.
I know 2-1nap is a natural process and it's only a phase. I'll have to go with the flow....
Today, I still put her down to nap around 9, even she woke around 4: 30(record breaking). I woke her up after 35min of nap . She went to nap around 1 and slept until almost 3! (Really long nap) Went to bed around6:45pm today. Hope DD can catch up some sleep tonight

That sounds better    You may find it works if she takes her morning nap every 2nd or 3rd day with one nap on the other days when she fights it.
