Hi ladies -
I have a 6 1/2 month old daughter, Ayda.
She is generally a good sleeper.
Her routine is typically that she goes to bed b/t 7pm and 7:30pm, sleeps until 5:30am, eats, back to bed until 6:45am, then up for the day.
After that she is pretty much up for 2 hours or 2 hours 15 minutes of activity time, and then naps.
This has her napping around 9am, 1pm, and 4pm.
Her naps rarely last more than 1.5 hours, usually she wakes arouund the one hour and 15 or 20 minutes mark.
Is this 'right' or 'typical' -
Any way to extend to two longer naps?
Is that about the right amount of activity time for her?
Thanks for your help!
Jessica
