Hello, We have just started the Failsafe diet [en famille!] Has anyone tried it ar any preservative / salycate free diet? Or any diet to help chronic asthma.I'd love to hear some feedback. It's quite a daunting task.

Thank you Jenny. My 3 and a half year old is finding it very hard. She doesn't like many of the 'ok' foods. But we'll keep trying. I might even lose some weight!!
