suddenly off her schedule
« on: July 09, 2007, 13:50:17 pm »
Our dd is about 4 and a half months old.  She seems like something is bothering her a bit right now.  I am not sure if it is teething or what, but the last few mornings she has woke at 4:30 AM and chewed on her hand until 5 when she cried out , was fed, and then stayed up screwing up the whole days schedule.  Last night she woke at 3:15 and my husband fed her a small bottle, she talked but went back to sleep.  Then she woke again at 6AM ate half a bottle and fell back to sleep.  HELP?!  What should I do when she is waking.  I have tried the paci and putting her back on her belly, but nothing works.

We just moved her to the 4 hour EASY a couple of weeks ago.  She had always been on the 3 hour EASY, but we started noticing that she could stay awake for about 2 hours for a couple of weeks.  She is only 4 and a half months old, but our ped. said we could start solids, so she has had a few tries with that lately also.  Today she only napped for about 40 minutes in the AM and than an hour and 45 in the PM.  We use to have to wake her from her PM nap when I was working and she was staying with my mom.  I have no idea why she is only sleeping a bit in the AM and almost always an hour and 45 in the PM.
