Why are all my BW notifications all of a sudden going into my junk mail?

This has never happened before, only the last 2 days.  I haven't changed any setting in my e-mail 

Any way to rectify the problem?

Go into your junk folder and mark the emails as safe, or "Not Junk" or some similar option  

From time to time the BW server gets flagged as spam, this is usually down to people that have elected to receive notifications, and instead of un-subscribing from the notifications they mark the emails as spam in order to stop receiving them...not the best practice.

Hmm...strange as haven't done anything like that

yes, but if you have a common online account (like yahoo or hotmail), someone else with that type of account may have flagged the notifications as spam.
