A quick bedtime question
«

My 10 month DD was woken from her morning nap today at the 30 min mark which isn't so bad as we are working on short am naps (45 mins) so we get a long pm nap. Well I suppose the early wake up lead to her second nap being early at 1pm and she was woken again at 2.20pm (I could kill our new noisy neighbours
). Normally she is asleep in her cot by 7pm but I think she will be OT by then today. Should I put her to bed early, I am also worried she will wake early in the morning as we are getting some of those too

I would try putting her to bed a little early say half six, I still do this sometimes with DS as his naps can get interrupted by the stupid neighbours mowing the lawn

Thanks Emma Louise, we are going through such a tough sleep period and those damn neighbours just aren't helping my spirited, nosy DD!!

We did early bedtime for a few days and it has helped naps AND seems to have cured the early wakeups! The first night she fussed in her crib until regular bedtime, but the second and third she went to sleep more quickly.

Thanks Ellen, she was asleep by 6.30pm no problem so now I am hoping she manages to sleep through until a reasonable time in the morning
