I know we are not directly connected to this store but I am now getting a bit angry so .........

........... I ordered the "SOTBW" book for my friend, way back on 11th June, who lives in Tasmania and is expecting her first and it still hasn't arrived. Not only has it not arrived, on my account information the order does not even exist although I have paid for it (through PayPal)

Andy/Gareth - any chance you have a number I can call to get through to the store? I have already sent 2 emails and have had no reply so as you can imagine I'm starting to believe I am never going to see the book nor the money again

    That's all I will say on the issue of the Babywhisperer shop!! 

Sinead & Monika, I will make Andy aware of this post and your situations and see if we can get him to make contact with those responsible for running the store to try and get some resolution for you.

I've only ever heard negative feedback on the babywhisperer store.  Frustrating I'm sure, to say the least, for those who have tried to order.
