As the subject states....could this be possible...more of a sign than more food required? He doesn't seem hungrier.
My LO has never napped peoperly. Suddenly he seems to be ready for a nap every hour in the morning anyway. Could it be related to the 3month growth spurt or is he just finally ready to start trying to work on his day time sleep or is it just maybe that I have decided to put him down earlier and it is working because it is his rhythm and I have learned to read his cues better??

Has anyone had this with their LO? How do you know whaen a growth spurt occurs. I am sure to miss the signs...I don't have a clue WHAT I AM DOING :'(

Do my questions make any sense?

Thanks
Michelle

Hi Michelle
WHen dd was little I could tell when she was having a growth spurt because it felt like she slept all the time. At first I thought there was something wrong with her! It would last up to a week each time before she went back to her normal A times/ sleep times.
Her appetite never changed during growth spurts- just the sleepiness
make the most of some time to yourself during the extra sleeping!!
