Help with PMs please!

Dear PTB,

There are a few times I try to pm memmers and then it gives me a fault message saying member not recognised. It even happens when 1) I click on the little box under their name saying Send Message and 2) when I try and reply to a message.

This happened again tonight trying to send a message to Judy, TDR'smom.

??? ??? Please help :)

It's probably the apostrophe causing confusion. Try without the apostrophe.

What confused me was that I clicked 'reply' and it still didn't recognise the intended.

Makes me wonder how i got the first pm through in the first place.

Okay, scratch my previous post -- Gareth told me it's only an apostrophe issue.  So, my experiences with the username/screen name must have been my own goof up.  So, what Emma said! I'm going to delete my other post so as to not pass along incorrect info.
