Me personally, I would work on getting a good EASY as well as tackling the eating to sleep, because as of right now you got a few 45min naps, and that is probably a product of small feeds and too short A times, and fixing that will probably help putting her down without eating to sleep a lot easier. Most 4mo can go about 2hrs in A time before needing a nap. So an ideal routine at that age with a 7:30 wakeup would look more like:
A and E 7:30
A 7:30-9:30
S 9:30-11:30
E 11:30
A 11:30-1:30
S 1:30-3:30
E 3:30
A 3:30-5:30
S 5:30-6:15 catnap
E 6:15 this is an optional E here - can be like a cluster feed if you want to - to tank up before bedtime
A 6:15-7:30 - short A time since she just had a short naptime

S 7:30 for the nigt
DF 10:30 and cross your fingers till morning.
So to tackle the feeding to sleep, at 4mo I believe pu/pd is what the recommended technique is. There are boards on pu/pd you can check out on how to do it. We've never done pu/pd really so I can't give a lot of first hand advice on that front. Hopefully following the above EASY will help your dd be hungrier for bigger meals, and therefor get more calories in her during the day which will help her sleep through at night better. Also all this catnapping she is doing is probably affecting her night time sleep because she is never getting good restorative sleep except for that first nap - so she's probably going to bed OT and consequently waking at night.
So if this were me, that is how I would tackle it. I hope that helps answer your question, and I am sure there will be more BW'ers along to give their info as well! Good luck!
