Tummy time for a 5 month old?

How much tummy time should i be giving my LO whos 19 weeks old?

Should i bother if she doesnt like it?

Hi Vicki, not sure on times, but lots of lo's dont like it, but you can keep trying it and just lifting her up when she seems uncomfortable with it, and then little by little the times should extend, thats what I did with abbi who hated it, now she spends 99% of time on tummy wriggling about lol

was just a bit worried y'know? In traceys book it saysdont do anything that they cant really do themselves like rolling overi if they cant roll back so i thought maybe that meant tummy time too... and then MIL keeps trying to make me do it when shes here (put LO on her tummy, not me!)
