Wake to sleep-you do it an hour b4 they normally wake (so only works if the wake time is the same every time) and gently rouse them but not to the point that they wake up.
you have to do it for at least 3 days and usually we recommend doing it for the week for it to work.

Sydney - tell us how it goes, your posts sound just like what's happening in our house!! I've been digging around all over BW looking for another mom having same issue with a W2S success story! I think I'll try it tonight, er, this morning too :)

Thanks everyone!  I think I may have to wait a couple of days to see if I get a better pattern.  The two consistent wake times are 5:20 am and 6:00 am.  I have been logging her sleep.  The last five days are as follows:

Wakes:
6:00
5:20
5:20
6:00
5:45
