Well Aleesa, just to keep you company this morning Hannah woke at 5.20am for the day.  Was up quite a bit in the night too.  So today is going to be a whole lot of fun me thinks :-\
Sorry to hear about Lilly following you out of bed :(  Hope she doesn't hold it against you  ;)

Hey, we;ve got a bit of an EW club going here huh Aly ? Bubba woke at 5.20am today too. All I can hope for now is that slowly moving his day forward will mean later wakeups. Other than that I'm completely and utterly stumped.

And TIRED !!

4.50am today!!!!!  I did manage to get her back to sleep after bf for 45 (5.45 - 6.30.....)

yesterday she had 2 1.5hr naps as she was sooo tired - really accumulated OT  Ithink, so I let her sleep and hten she was in bed at 6/6.30.  Its like she has a 10.5hrs sleep at nigth, so bed time needs to be 8 - not going to happen, she won't stay up that long, plus I feel it's too late for a little girl  ::)  and if I cut her naps short, she is so whacked by the end of the day......back to early nights maybe - who knows!

I might start another thread (maybe :-\  ) as this is really off topic now.  Or I might go tot he support thread for EW (think there is one?)

Yah - we had a 6am wake up this morning!!!! now if I only knew what I did to get us there  :P

Yesterday was like this:

3am 3.30am NW- teething, gave meds and got back to sleep relatively quickly
5.50am awake (the phone rang  :P)
8.45 - 10.15 nap
1.15-2.30 nap
6pm bed

I just ignored the clock and went by her cues (she seems to have them again!!) and it seemed ok...wth?

So today will do the same - she just had  a one hour naps so we will see.

fingers crossed!!!

Aly,
So pleased for you. We had an improvement in wakeup times reaching 5.45am (!!) but today went back to 4.50am. I'm on the 2 to 1 nap switch thread you set up on Naps. Trying a longer and alter am nap and a pm catnap.

It WAS working. Join us if you like.

In the meantime, I hope things keep improving for you. I tried re-settling Bubba today for the first time in months and it was a disaster. Just got to improve actual wakeup.....maybe we'll be forced to try w2s AGAIN !!

we had another 6am today (with a 1.30 nw, but only for 20mins and it's teething related) ;D  with yesterday's naps 1hr, then 1.5hr - pretty good for Lil.  She seems to have a long A time in between the naps, (4hrs+) but it seems to work.  Extending the first A is hard at times, and am trying to not push too much or we just get crap naps.....  I'm really going with her cues, but not her first cue like when she was little iykwim.  Just I know that when we get some cues, that nap will be in an half hour if she hasn't been up for 3hrs.  the one int he middle of the day, which is normally after we go out, if we are home in 4hrs then it's to bed straight away - if not, then I watch here and put her down.

am I making any sense deb??? :o

I really don't know if this is the switch or just L getting her A times together.  She's never been one to increase gradually.  we always seem to have a tough month or so and then all of a sudden she can stay awake an hour longer!!!

anyway, good luck love - will be keeping an eye on you and I hope it gets better.
xx
