Drink lots and lots of water ASAP, take a vitamin with food, pump. (There's this myth going around that stout - as in dark dark beer - can help your supply. Not medically proven and often discounted, but some women do it anyway and swear by it. ;D)

That's all I got..... :o

After what you have been through it's likely your supply is down by quite a bit but it also may be that you are not managing to get a letdown.
Have a warm shower just before, warm compresses, rub nipples, dangle over the pump, really work hard on relaxing and visualising flow (someone on this board visualises nigara falls I noticed the other day!). Letdown is psychological as well as physical.

thanx emma, i have been feeding E on the other side since last night and pumoing right side each feed, i'm getting a tiny 30ml out of the right side :( drinking tons of water and taking milk producing supplements.
On a good note, e has fed well last 3 feeds!!! i am making her go 4.5 hrs between feeds and she has been famished...will slowly reduce gapback when she starts eating properly!

How does that sound to you?
last Q, do u thinki will get supplyback in right boob??

You can definitely get the supply back in that boob. It'll be simply down to 'demand' i.e. feeds and pumping.

I'm glad you seem to have turned a corner - I think the idea of trying to gradually reduce the intervals makes sense.

It normally takes a good 2-3 days for supply to bounce back from a low point. Sometimes longer :-\
Think of it as a growth spurt basically except you may be coming from an even lower point if your supply really dipped. But don't give up hope - it will happen.
Pumping after feeds is the best way to send signals to increase production but the more you pump overall the better.

Breast compressions may help if she's getting frustrated or continually swap sides to keep her motivated and stimulate your supply.

It'll be a gradual process so if you pump today - tomorrow will be better and the day after that even better.

Well at least breast compression worked! It'll just take some practise!
