Your last comment made me smile as Sasha would wake halfway through the night and talk to herself (even heard her laughing once).
TBH I think he was just done sleeping if his bedtime was 6.20.its pretty normal for LOs to stir during the night,sasha does it as well but its not a sign that she is overtired.
