Hi

Looking for a little bit of input with a consistent NW - think I know the answer but just wanted to check it out with you all.
Callie is 5 weeks now. She goes to bed at 730/8pm after her feed. She pretty much goes down drowsy but awake and is settled with some sh's and lots of wriggling/settling on her own. She has been waking to feed around midnight and 3am although in the last 1.5 weeks she has had 5 nights of dropping the midnight feed and waking at 3am, and sometimes again around 6am

After feeds she is patted/burped for about 2 minutes and then put back in cot whether she is awake or asleep. She usually does some wriggling and snorting

and settles down again. Until about a week ago it was taking about an hour to settle her again but she is doing much better now.
Ok, so the problem ... after the 3am feed (or 4am if she stretches until then) she wakes consistently at 45 minutes

. This morning when she woke DP and I tried to remember what we had been doing to resettle her, but I can't really remember

When she was taking ages to settle after feeds the awake time seemed to run into each other LOL and I think we ended up back at feed time, so she was fed. The last couple of nights I have just left her fussing/falling back asleep and given her a few sh's - sometimes sucessfully, sometimes not. I have stayed awake to sh her through on occasion too but most often she wakes up.
Some day naps are 45 mins and some are 2 hours. She goes into cot awake or awake but drowsy and settles herself with sh'ing or sometimes without. We haven't yet addressed the 45 min ones as DD1 is about and I don't want to spend anymore time sleep training at the moment.
SO ... after all of that ... how do I address the 45 min night waking? Is it common etc? I am guessing that she is just a bit less tired at this waking and is therefore waking easier. Should I stay up and sh her thru for a few nights? Is this likely to work if I am not addressing 45 min naps during the day? Last night I offered her my finger to suck which she happily did, so she is not hungry (obviously

) but just can't stay sleeping/resettle. She is doing really well at settling during the day/bedtime/other NW's so I'm confused with this one.
Sorry for the novel, just wanted to give plenty of background!!
TIA
