My 6 1/2 MO twins seem to have real trouble switching off in the evening, and I'm wondering whether they are overstimulated, usually they will have been under their baby gym, playing with all the colourful toys. Is there anything i can do that will be more soothing. I could maybe read a book but that would only take about 5 minutes!

Any ideas?

Thanks

Laura

Reading books, sitting in your lap singing quiet songs, going for a walk....
