Hi, can you tell me, when you get to the 7 - 7 stage does it mean 7.am with bottle in mouth and 7.pm with bottle in mouth or 7 am wake up and 7.pm in bed??

I believe it means 7pm asleep, and 7am wake up time  :)

Most babies can be on a 12 hour routine at 4 months or even earlier and like pp said it means wake at 7 and asleep at 7.  Keep in mind that things don't always have to be exactly by the clock.
