Around 9 months we were still in the last throws of a run of disrupted nights, which messed up our days, but there was a week when the reality pretty much matched what I'd been TRYING to do for a while, which was this ...
(I've listed the food I'd typically offer - she'd often only eat half, but the other half seems necessary for her to get satisfactory coverage of the carpet
Some days she'd eat the lot, others hardly anything. I tend to always offer more than she will want, so that we both get used to her stopping when she has had enough, rather than either of us expecting her to 'clear the plate' as I was brought up to do...)
All timings are a bit 'ish' ... we often moved by half an hour earlier or later in the day depending on what else was going on! But we always got 3 hours daytime sleep, meals in more or less the same places, and 4 daytime BFs.
7am - Wake, BF, cuddles with daddy
8ish - Breakfast (full-fat milk with added vitamin drops, cereal (one handful or about 12 bite-sized shredded wheat)). 1 Banana. Water
Nappy change, wash, dress
9.00 or 9.30 - sleep (1.5 hours)
11ish BF. sometimes followed by something to nibble (breadstick or some dry cheerios)
12.00 Lunch - a 'proper' meal eg The Famous Chicken Sausages (TM) or beef casserole, or whatever, with vegetables and sweet potato. Yoghurt or formage frais. Water
12.30-2 or 1-2.30 Nap
3ish - BF
5pm - Tea. Often something on toast (eg avocado, cheese or baked beans - low salt, obviously!) or eggy bread or something in a pancake. Fruit (peeled and cut into chunks, eg half a mango, or a whole peach, nectarine or pear). Water
Quiet play, story till 5.50/6pm. Then start bedtime routine (length dependent on how tired she was - sometimes asleep by 6.30 sometimes not till 7pm)
Last BF of the day just before bed
By 9 months we had JUST given up the DF but I think most people stop it sooner.
For the last few days, however, it has all gone out of the window as Anna has decided that the day begins at 5.30am and I can't seem to persuade her otherwise. So maybe our previous routine isn't the best one to be following. But it worked for a while!! (Current thinking is that she needs a later bedtime and more daytime snacks as she is ravenous at 5.30am ... so if you're thinking we had too early a bedtime for a 9 month old and/or too much daytime sleep, you might be right!!)
Was that the kind of thing you wanted?
