I voted for the 7-8 months answer because thatīs when my DD consistently stopped doing 45-ers. Before that, she would occasionally overcome them starting from the 5-6 month mark but I really noticed a consisted absence of the 45-ers when she was a little older.
What worked here was holding through the jolts around the 40 minute-mark (this I did untill she was about 4 months). Later on-PU/PD would make her drift off again and nap longer.
As she gets older (now 10,5 months) she will have a 45min to 1 H AM-nap and a 2H nap in the PM, the latter probably being the one we end up left with when she goes to 1 nap.
