awel, your posts are full of info for me!

so, are you buying actual tea bags...or just steeping fennel seeds?  thx (one-handed again, so short post)

Glad to be of use Traci  ;)  Tea bags is what I've got - and I'm just letting it sit in a mug of boiling water for 15 mins or so - letting it cool then drinking it....quickly  ;D

Katie - thanks for the info on the bergamot - interesting that it doesn't mention digestive problems though isn't it? hmmm....

Mind you - am very interested in the "restful sleep" bit!!!!  ;)

Ladies, I know this is a very old post but I was wondering how much fennel tea makes a difference and came across this thread via a Google search.

DS2 is quite windy and the mw recommended me drinking the tea to let it pass through my milk. But how much makes a difference?

The posts above say 3 cups a day is what you need to drink to have an effect.
