I didn't know if this falls under night wakings or bottle feeding so i'm posting in both....

Here's my problem. Erika is 3mo's old and 16lbs (big girl). at 8wks she slept through for the first time 8:30pm to 6:30am. Since then she has slept through 7-7 once (all this is without a Dream feed) and a few times 7pm to 5am.
HOWEVER more often than not....she has gone back to eating 2x a night...
I have tried the DF but each time I try it seems to cause more night wakings. I did do it for a whole week both times as well.

I can only seem to get her to eat 25oz tops during the day. usually bottles go like this: 6oz, 4oz, 4oz, 6oz and sometimes i squeeze in another one of about 5oz.
For her weight she needs more like 35-40oz and I think that's why she is still wanting to eat another 12oz or more at night!!!
last night was ridiculous...went to bed at 7:30pm ..then she woke at 12am (6oz), 4am (only drank 2!), 6am (3oz)..then slept til 9am! argh....
I think that might be another part of the problem..when she has all these night wakings...she sleeps in and then that throws off our feeding schedule...HOWEVER even when she does wake at 7ish...we still only get 25oz in during the day! sigh...
last night was werid...with the amounts she took but usually she would take 2 x 6oz. I have tried giving her less..and she STILL doesn't take more during the day...

any suggestions are SO appreciated! she does nap well..
rough schedule would like this most days:

8am wake and feed 6oz
9:15-11 sleep
11eat 4oz
12:30-1:30 sleep
2 eat 4oz
2:45-3:30 sleep
4:30 eat 6oz (you can see how i get trapped in feeding sooner than 3hrs sometimes b/c of her shortnaps)
4:45-5:30 sleep
6:30 eat 5oz
7pm bed.

Are the times she wakes up pretty consistent.  When you did the DF, when did you do it?  I found that for Meghan I had to find just the right time to give it to her or it did mess up her sleep.  If she's consistently waking around 12 to eat, I would try feeding her a little before that to try to throw off the habit a bit. When she does eat, how is she, happy with eating or fussy?

Nicole, trying it at 10pm worked much better for us, and we have been back to 1 night feed for about 4 nights now  ;D
