Just wondered how much milk my lo should be having at 14 months?
She does have cereal, yoghurts and cheese so gets it in her food but dont know about drinking.

Hi Rachael, my dd is also 14 months, she has 16oz of milk a day and yoghurts (she is mpi so we are slowly introducing dairy). So its 1 8oz bottle in the morn and 1 8oz bottle in the eve. As long as she has plenty of dairy products and 16-20oz of milk a day she is doing fine. If it is a little less that is ok, as you said she has plenty of dairy too.

same here - my girls take 18oz per day plus yoghurt and some cheese - I also use milk to make their porridge (approx. another 6oz).
