And then there's the biting.  Not exactly in the "hands" category, but it may come up.  I get it whenever she's teething.  OUCH!

Biting, yikes. I'm SO afraid of that, my LO has no teeth and he sometimes gives me a chomp, can't imagine with teeth! Does the biting phase last long, my nipples hope not!

My LO likes to:
Flap his little arm like a chicken,
Kick his leg like a frog,
Pop off and smile and then get a serious look on his face like 'Oh....got to get back to eating' and pop back on. We have some great smiling at each other moments when we feed, just melts my heart.

Gosh, I'd sort of forgotten about all of this, I remember the "suck till the let-down kicks in, then turn my head to see something oh-so interesting behind me leaving Mam exposing herself to all and sundry with milk spraying everywhere" - Elin's speciality that!  ::)

Currently - we're still on the cute little clenched fists  :D  When do they stop doing that?  Soon now I guess isn't it?   :(  Oh he's growing up TOO QUICK  >:( :'(

this is a great thread! i was laughing out loud at my computer (getting a couple of funny looks fr my co-workers in the process)

DS likes to "help" with the breast compression as well..and play with my hair (which melts my heart)..when i get back from work and i nurse him, he'll nurse,take a break and smile at me with my nip still in his mouth (which is SO lovely :) ) and then nurse again..

Mine grabs my necklaces and fiddles with them, pulls at my shirt or puts his hands in my mouth and up my nose :-X
