Hi There!
just wondering if anyone has any suggestions for me.

I am trying to get my 9 month old son sleeping through the night withought having to feed him.  He wakes up by habit to feed at least 3 times a night, but doesn't need to.  Just wondering how to get rid of night feedings! I need some help!  Thanks!

I'm in a similar situation.  Hope there's light at the end of the tunnel as I am very tired of the nightwakings.

Hugs...I've been there too.  Not all that long ago actually.  Have you read anything about the gentle removal?  That's what I did to get my almost 9 month old to stop waking so often to nurse.  He was waking 3-4 times and now he been waking just 1 time with an early morning nursing between 5:00 - 5:30.

We're still working out the kinks but when we have a bad night I'm fairly certain it's due to developmental things or OT and not the nursing.

As this issue is really about 'nightwakings' rather than the actual mechanics of feeding I'm afraid I need to pop it on to a sleep board. Which one do you fancy - 'props' i.e. he needs the breast to sleep? or 'nightwakings'?

I second the gentle removal idea as a starting point. Some choose to go straight to pu/pd.

OK you are offline...hmmm...I'll start with nightwakings but if you aren't happy PM a nightwakings mod and they could move it onto a different sleep board. Good Luck!
