:o  LOL  Oh no, Nicole!  Maybe it will be okay though.  I have to say, my DS is a rockstar night sleeper and he's taken a few long naps like that for one reason or another in the last month and we put him to bed maybe half hour late and he goofed around a bit, but then went right to sleep and slept to his normal time.  However, no way he would take a nap the following day.

Hope it works out okay.  :-*

We'll definitely do a later bedtime... DH and her Papa are trying to wear her out outside.  She's just behaving so well, it's honestly a treat compared to yesterday.  That's the trouble with the whole thing, I know she still needs the nap because she's so crabby without it!  And yet she refuses most days!

I put Miss M to bed at 8, no party, asleep right away, slept until she heard me up with H at 5, DH told her to go back to sleep, and she did until 7:30 :o :o :o

Turns out I have no clue ever ::)

:-*  Thanks Bethany!  She didn't nap today (not that I actually expected she would).  She just likes to keep me guessing.

used a recipe from that Jessica Seinfield Deceptivley delicious cookbook, could of used carrot instead of the squash--hmmm....

dr won't schedule an US/induction until May 26th---seem cruel anybody? baby will be 10lbs by then!

Maren was 40w5d and weighed 7lbs7.5 oz, so I'm sure your babe won't be huge (unless you know he/she's already a big one!).  FWIW, I drank pineapple juice till I just about barfed and it didn't work, so don't go that route! ;D

Umm don't bet on it not being 10lb LOL ...ds2 was due 17th & he was helped along on the 25th ... I was actually enough dilated that they just broke my water & that got labour going but he was 10lb4oz...that said he is & always has been 99% for height & has a 97% head... I nick named him the lollypop baby as he was so long with a big head... but newborn nappies were loose on his narrow body LOL
But he was always big & Dr had me tested 3x for GD due to his size & there was dispute 2x over size v date... but I *knew* exactly when he was concieved. LOL

well I was measuring 41 weeks right around the 39week appt, also they measured baby about 6lbs at that 34 week US I had.

I was much smaller with Noah and he was 8lbs.
I was 10 lbs 4oz when I was born.

Noah had  pretty crap night
asleep just before 9
heard him at 5:30,6 and 6:30---so not sure exactly if he ws jst dozing but definately awake at 6:30----tried to get him back to sleep--gave up at 8.

I am thinking nap at 12:15/12:30----and up by 2
bed for 7:45--hopefully asleep before 8:30

Oh, well in that case don't buy any 0-3 month sleepers!  :P

LOL Katet, your little lollipop!

Maren didn't nap yesterday, had an 11.5 hour night... I guess we can't complain and maybe just grab the odd nap as needed.

in bed for 7:40 but now seems to have gotton a 2nd wind! darn maybe I should of just put him to bed at 7

I hate 2nd winds--just go to sleep! I know he needs it...its 8:30 already..so frustrating

I know--dammit---but he IS tired, yawned and rubbed his eyes at 6:30-----was tired and not really playing at 7pm----so of course I tried to get him to bed before the 2nd wind--didn't happen,

I'm so annoyed---I know he'll be up before 7--so really I would like asleep by 8:30 at the latest....he needs a good night sleep but just won't seem to take one.

thing is...he seems to play 45min either way, so last night I tried the later to bed---8:10 or so---and he played to 9pm

its frustrating when he looks so exhausted! and I feel exhausted..

Deb, go have that baby already, will ya!!!??? ;)  I know how frustrating it is when you know they need it but they are big enough to refuse it.  I'm learning to let go, you will have to do the same eventually!  But then you can worry about other stuff like the new baby or potty training or solids... they always give us a challenge!

Maren didn't nap today either, didn't bother trying, couldn't get her inside and upstairs... her lil' sis traded her afternoon nap for a 20 minute sleep in the car and a 2.25 hr catnap ??? so no nap here and no clean house! ;)
