Shes napping alot better now....still not as much as id like but she seems happier so i am too  :D

shes napping for 40mins - 1 hour in the morning...and the same in the afternoon..i know she still might need more than this but atm as long as shes happy its ok

shes never been a great napper so im not sure how long it will last...you could hear from me again yet lol  ::)

Claire went through the same thing , 45 min + 1 hour naps.  Then after a while she settled back into 45 min + 1.5 hour naps.  It's a bit of guessing game at this stage...they seem to change their minds on a weekly basis.  So all I can recommend is to stay flexible and watch for OT/UT cues and modify accordingly.  Wishing you both well!!
