Problems with PMs

I cant seem to get into my PM box. It just wont open and blocks my internet so have to close down and relog in. If I do manage to open it after a very long time then it wont open the pm or may do so after half an hour. And I have 2 in there I am dying to read  :o

This glitch has been posted before and if I remember correclty it has something to do with the PM Andy sent a few weeks ago .If you access your PM's using IE (internet explorer ) and delete Andy's PM it should help .

If you are using Firefox, then Andy's blanket pm is causing the browser to crash when you try to open your pms. Like Nadia said, if you open it with Internet Explorer, delete that pm, and you should be OK
