We dropped one feed a week - and I never felt any fullness or anything - no pumping - but my lo is much older (just finished this week) and I am pg, and my supply was about gone anyhow.

today is so much better!! i've been pumping only 2oz but am not having any engorment issues - the sage tea is really working i think
