Ok, more searching... From Thomas Hale...

Pepto: http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search/f?./temp/~vSmmwD:1

Imodium: http://toxnet.nlm.nih.gov/cgi-bin/sis/search/f?./temp/~qG9dwj:1

Both brand websites suggest calling your doctor as well.

Products containing aspirin are particularly a concern if the baby is unwell and possibly suffering from a virus. But as Hale points out here it's all a bit vague at the moment. He doesn't feel happy saying it's 100% safe:

Well its all due to the side effects of fenugreek.. does anyone know how long that lasts? I would rather not take anything :) but well its not fun.. also does anyone know if buring while peeing is a normal side effect of fenugreek? or is it possible I have a bladder infection or something?

Burning pee is not the fenugreek.  The digestive trouble may just mean you need to back off the dosage a bit.  I had the same thing and just had to take a bit less.  My "sweet spot" was when I smelled like curry, rather than like maple syrup.  Maybe 2/3 of the regular dose, it was still effective.

OK great I'll try that then.

The pee thing may be an infection. Unfortunitly I've always been prone to them. After the section I was told that may happen
