It looks good to me. I start off the day with 4hr then 3.5 and still fit in a cluster feed at 5 also to tank him up.

Okay, so that's about what I am doing.  I feed her at 7am and she ate for about 15 minutes-much improvement:)  I then waited until 11 for her next feed, and she BF for over half an hour, so like you, I do longer period earlier in the day and shorter later in thne day and that seems to work.  I will keep you posted, but thanks for the advice and words of encouragement!!!!
