EASY question-catnap
« on: June 18, 2008, 00:07:32 am »
my 5 month old is on a good 4 hr Easy. How long after her 30-35 minute catnap should she be up before she goes to bed? I'm afraid I've been keeping her up too long- about an hour and 15 minutes.

I have found with my DS who is 4.5 months that he settles better with a shorter A time after his cat nap - usually around 1.5 at the most with him.

if he isn't settling well then its up to you to decide weather he looks OT or UT then adapt accordingly

hope this helps

that long after only a 35 minute nap? Wouldn't they get OT? I guess I'll try that.
