Here I am with a breastfeeding dilemma again
![Sad :(](https://smiley.babywhispererforums.com/Smileys/classic/sad.gif)
. Just when I got all my supply issues sorted and DS was happily bf and putting on good weight.
I caught a BAD stomach virus 48 hours ago. Vomiting and nonstop diarrhoea. I am hugely dehydrated cos everything (inc water and gastrolyte) just goes straight through me. The vomiting has stopped but I still have diarrhoea. I've lost 4kg and have no energy at all
![Undecided :-\](https://smiley.babywhispererforums.com/Smileys/classic/undecided.gif)
So basically because I'm so dehydrated there isn't any milk left
![Cry :'(](https://smiley.babywhispererforums.com/Smileys/classic/cry.gif)
. I've had to top DS up with formula. Since lunchtime he hasn't even bothered latching properly or sucking any more .... probably cos he knows he isn't going to get much.... Then he'll take 100mL from the bottle.
I pumped this evening after he went to bed and tomorrow I'll pump after trying to feed him each time. But I'm not going to get a lot of time because I'm packing suitcases. We're leaving for London the next day (a 24hr flight
![Shocked :o](https://smiley.babywhispererforums.com/Smileys/classic/shocked.gif)
). Obviously I can't pump on the plane.
Any suggestions? Has anyone else here re-lactated successfully? I REALLY don't want to wean but it's not looking good
![Sad :(](https://smiley.babywhispererforums.com/Smileys/classic/sad.gif)
. And I really hope DS doesn't catch the virus
