Not sure if you've tried Oat Milk or not, but I used to drink that when I was breastfeeding my LO who had multiple protein allergies (but at the time we thought it was just milk/soy). If I recall, I was horrified when I read the carton and saw how many calories it contained. I don't have any more here, or I'd provide the nutritional information. IMO, the oat milk tasted sooooo much better than rice milk, and I basically used it wherever I would have used milk.
