A time - when exactly does it start? From wake up or Feed?

A time. My lo is 5.5 months old. Does the A time start from when she wakes up from a nap or after she feeds?

For example. She wakes at 7am and feeds and then rubs her eyes etc so goes sleep at 8:30. She will nap for 90 Min's. So wakes at 10. Does the A time start from 10 so therefore by 12 - 12:30 she should be napping? Or does it start from 11 when she feeds? She currently wants a sleep at 12:30 ish.

Thanks

A time starts from when they wake.  So by 12.30ish I would say she is definately ready for a nap.  :)
