I am sure the info is here somewhere but I cant find an answer despite searching.

My son will be 10 weeks tommorrow and I have a tummy time mat which has a cresent shaped pillow for support under arms and chest so as they down end up on their nose.

Is 10 weeks too young?

Go for it  ;D  We did tummy time from very early on.  As long as you are there with him, it's fine.
