Thanks ladies.....I'm just not convinced he's teething.  He will drink from his bottle and will happily eat solids, but like I said before, it's like he gets bored with the bottle (and I do have the fastest flowing nipples).  I will keep giving him his sippy cup for him to practice with.

I'm sure this is a phase....but dang it, it's frustrating!!!

My DS actually did the same thing around that age.  I can't tell you why, but it did pass.  We just hung in there and gave him what we could and after a few weeks he was back to loving his bottle AND the solids. 

The good news for you is that your DS will probaby be easy to wean when the time comes!!  ;)
